red apple

mango
I use frozen mango

tbsp
chia seeds
You can use ground flaxseed instead if you prefer

tbsp
raw almonds
3
cups
water
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender or a large Nutribullet cup, if you are using a Nutribullet.
Blend until Smooth.
Drink & Enjoy!
Notes
If you do not have a high speed blender or a Nutribullet, you can still make this smoothie, the end result just won't be as smooth.
