This smoothie is great to drink anytime, but especially when you are trying to boost your antioxidant intake. A banana is added for a balanced taste and a prebiotic bonus for your body.

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 (10oz) pkg frozen mixed berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry) Cascadian Farms Organic
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Combine all ingredients in a large Nutribullet cup or in a high speed blender.
